DEPART THE UNITED STATES

DUBLIN ARRIVAL, A GAME OF THRONES & A GRAND ARRIVAL IN BELFAST
·Arrive at Dublin Airport, clear customs, and meet your group in the Arrivals Hall. Michael Londra will personally greet you and introduce you to your CIE Tours driver/guide. Make sure to have your travel documents handy for a smooth transition. Travel northward to the Game of Thrones Studio, where you will dive into the world of Westeros. Explore iconic costumes, props, and sets from the hit show, and perhaps even get some behind-the-scenes insights into the making of the series. Journey through the picturesque Mourne Mountains, known for their stunning natural beauty and dramatic landscapes, and of course the famous song. Check out Michael’s version in Season 2 of Ireland with Michael (insert video) Arrive in Belfast, a city rich in history and culture, where you can enjoy some free time to explore local shops or cafes. Check-in at the luxurious Grand Central Hotel, offering spectacular views of the city. Unwind and freshen up before attending a welcome dinner with Michael in the hotel restaurant, where you will sample delicious local cuisine and get to know your fellow travelers.

HOMES FOR A SAINT AND A KING
Start your day with a visit to the Saint Patrick Centre in Downpatrick. This interactive museum offers an immersive look into the life and legacy of Ireland's patron saint, Saint Patrick. Learn about his early life, mission in Ireland, and the Christian heritage he left behind. Don’t miss the stunning audiovisual displays and informative exhibits, Head to Hillsborough Castle, the official residence in Northern Ireland of the British Royal Family. Explore the elegant staterooms, from the grand Throne Room to the intimate Drawing Room, each filled with rich history and beautiful furnishings. Return to Belfast for some leisure time. Take the opportunity to discover the city's vibrant nightlife and friendly atmosphere. CASTLE ON THE EDGE OF THE WORLD & A GIANT WORK OF NATURE
Depart Belfast and drive along the scenic "Nine Glens of Antrim," enjoying breathtaking views of lush valleys, rugged coastlines, and charming villages. Visit the Giant’s Causeway, a natural wonder formed by cooling lava, where you can walk on the iconic hexagonal basalt columns and marvel at the geological splendor. Explore Dunluce Castle, perched dramatically on basalt rock with stunning views of the North Atlantic Ocean. Learn about its rich history and the legends that surround this medieval fortress.
Tour Bushmills Distillery, the world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery, and sample Ireland’s finest whiskey.
Then, continue to Derry, a city steeped in history and culture, and check into the luxurious 5-Star Ebrington Hotel.

Take a moment to relax and soak in the historic ambiance of your surroundings. Use your Hop on Hop off pass to uncover Dublin’s charm at your own pace. Explore iconic attractions like the National Museum, where you can delve into Ireland's rich history, the National Gallery, housing an impressive collection of European art, or the Writers Museum, celebrating Ireland’s literary heritage. Take some time to shop along Nassau Street, known for its unique boutiques, Grafton Street, famous for its bustling atmosphere and street performers, or Henry Street, a retail haven. Savor a delightful dinner in one of Dublin’s renowned restaurants, offering a variety of cuisines, or enjoy the lively atmosphere of a traditional Irish pub, where you can experience local music and culture.
Or you may choose instead to visit the General Post Office (GPO) on O’Connell Street and learn about its role in the 1916 Easter Rising and how it was left in ruins.
In the evening, enjoy and independent dinner of your choice; you may like to dine in one of the many restaurants and pubs that Dublin has to offer.

RETURN TO THE UNITED STATES
All too soon, your vacation has come to its final day. Transfer to Dublin Airport in good time to check in for your flight. You may do some last-minute shopping at the duty-free stores before boarding your aircraft and flying back to the United States.
