I really do have the best job in the world. I’ve eaten all over Ireland in high and low end eateries. Quite often I am happy to say, you come across spots that are just special, before you even eat a morsel. the Wild Honey Inn is a well-known establishment located in Lisdoonvarna, County Clare. It holds the distinction of being the first pub in Ireland to receive a Michelin star for its culinary excellence. Everything is locally sourced and it tastes like. You can stay at the 19th century inn but booking way in advance is advised. Aidan McGrath is a classically trained French chef but he has managed to infuse that sophistication into an authentic Irish pub, seamlessly.
