Wicklow Naturally, a group of artisan food producers are offering tours which would be a fantastic day trip from Dublin. They include trips to stately homes like Russborough House, cheese makers like Coolatin, incredible baking classes at Lorraine’s Farm and Bakery (which is so fun), and whiskey tastings at Fercullen Distillery with Ireland with Michael’s food historian Santina Kennedy and lunches at Macreddin Village and Brooklodge, Ireland’s first organic restaurant.
Just a short drive from Dublin this would be the perfect rural day out.
