How do I sign up for a tour and how much is the deposit?

When an Ireland with Michael tour is announced, bookings can be made by calling Anne or Tracey at 1.800.486.4816 or by emailing tours@irelandwithmichael.com - We ask for a $300 deposit for each person to hold your place.

What is covered on Ireland with Michael tours?

The cost of each tour pays covers all your hotels, breakfast every morning and most evening meals. It gets you services of a driver / guide, baggage service in each hotel, entrance to every site you visit on the tour, surprise musical experiences and the vacation of a lifetime.

Does Michael go on all Ireland with Michael tours?

Michael curates all tours and is involved in all aspects of putting your tour together. He goes on all tours advertised on this website but some private tours involve a welcome day with Michael in Ireland while his trusted driver/guides take the reins from there. Michael’s TV, concert and producing work means he can’t attend every Ireland with Michael experience but know that he ensures all tours with his name attached maintain the highest possible standards.

What is your cancellation policy?

Tour deposits  are 100% refundable for up to 120 days before the tour departure date.

Are flights included in the tour price?

No, our tour prices don't include airfare. Your flight arrangements are completely up to you but we advise using a travel agent to help you find the best deal, route and airline. We wholeheartedly recommend Aer Lingus who currently have 18 direct routes to Dublin and Shannon from all over the US. Honestly, you feel like you are already in Ireland when you board.

I am traveling on my own and want to room alone?

That is totally fine on our tours. There is a single supplements added to every itinerary. If you want to reduce the cost we can try to find a room mate for you by asking other single travelers. We can’t guarantee anything but sometimes it works out.

How do you guarantee the quality of the hotels?

Michael makes it a priority to stay in all the hotels prior to offering them on his tours, Hotels have made mistakes over the years and that has been there only time on an Ireland with Michael tour.

How do I make pre- or post-tour hotel reservations?

We can't make additional hotel reservations for our guests but we are happy to recommend hotels for you. Just email us with specifics and we will figure it out for you.

What travel documents are required?

Everyone who joins a tour is required to bring a valid passport and provide passport information to Anne or Tracey when booking your trip. The State Department recommends that your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date and have a minimum of two blank visa pages. I have seen people turned away at the airport because their passport expired a few weeks later.
